Kettins artist Cornelia Weinmann is showing her new line of textile work during Perthshire Open Studios 2019, at venue #22 on Keay Street in Blairgowrie (location and directions in the Open Studios brochure, available at the library and at a few shops in Coupar Angus). Cornelia creates flamboyant collage panels made from recycled fabric and sews them onto handmade linen tops in matching colours - the artist's contribution to the growing movement of slow fashion and circular economy.
Venue #22 is open on Sunday 15 Sept 2019, 10am - 5pm. Cornelia's textile and fine art work is continually on display and for sale at her studio at 4 School Park in Kettins.
