This Friday (9th September) at the Town Hall, the community group behind the proposal to acquire the former Trades Lane medical centre for community use will be holding a second public consultation.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Keith Langelaan expressed his thanks to all who managed to get along to their first public consultation last Friday, which he described as "a very encouraging start to the acquisition of the disused NHS building here in Coupar Angus."
The group will be one of many local organisations advertising their activities and seeking community views at the Action Picnic organised by the Town Team, which will take place at the Town Hall from 3pm to 8pm.
Keith went on to say,
"It will be to the benefit of all in Coupar Angus and the surrounding area, in many ways. If the level of support is maintained, then we will proceed to the next stage.......submitting our offer and proposal."
