Forward Coupar Angus is organising a meeting to elect a new board of directors. If fewer than 20 ordinary members (or their proxies) turn up to vote the company will fold. The company has considerable assets, including:
The meeting will take place at the Cycle Hub (formerly Strathmore Bowling Club) on Wednesday 16th February at 7pm.

- High Street Store (the shop is not in use, but FCA's Admin Officer is based in the office upstairs)
- Charity shop in George Street
- Community Woodland
- Community Garden, Bogside Road
